Queen are a British rock band who are widely viewed as one of the greatest and most successful rock bands of all time. Formed in 1970, they have gone on to sell at least 150 million records, reaching number one 18 times in both the singles and album charts. Lead singer Freddie Mercury famously died in 1991, but the band remain very much active to this day, with guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor providing vocals. The band have also worked along side numerous guest vocalists over the years.
Fat Bottomed Girls was released in 1978 and featured on their album Jazz. It reached number 11 in the UK and number 24 in the US, selling around a quarter of a million copies worldwide.
